I started running again. It’s been a while of course getting muscle pain on my legs. Practice, making music are basically alone work I’ve been doing this whole my life, people are not that strong I sometimes(?) want to walk away from those. Also Koto playing is such a unbalanced posture I’ve been suffering from shoulder, lower back and neck pain years years especially nowadays I’m considered about this seriously. So started running again + Yoga stretch little by little. Still can’t run that long time but still feeling better. Always ponder “continuing” “maintain” is tough and great.
